Pontchartrain Landing, New Orleans

The good news is, we are in a great RV Resort and site, right on the water, by the marina at Lake Pontchartrain. The bad new is, it is near the Industrial Canal and a rough section of New Orleans. The resort is close to the first levee breach, during Hurricane Katrina, and was under 15 feet of water. It is amazing to see all the new construction and areas still not rebuilt after all these years. We will be here for a week, checking out New Orleans and all it has to offer.
