SUMMER ON THE HUDSON HAS COME TO AN END

We have been all around the country, but the only place to be, in the summer, is in The Lake George area. Mary Ann and I will be here to enjoy the colors change, on the mountain, and then we will head south to Myrtle Beach and Charlotte for Thanksgiving. I hope Mary Ann will still be with me, Bob said she would probable bail on me if I took her home to Lake George.

OUT OF GAS IN THE MIDDLE OF LAKE GEORGE

On a beautiful Indian Summer Day we ran out of gas on the lake. Walter stuck with his story that he has never run out of gas in all his years on the lake...Who would question a retired lawyer? David Kneeshaw finally came to the rescue and we made it back to shore in time for dinner.

A visit from Erik's family

We're back on the blog...Erik, Jackie, Addison & Isabella came down to visit us at Glen Hudson Campground Friday and Saturday night, September 5 & 6. We had a rock concert and dance show at night, by the fire, and enjoyed The Sagamore and Bolton Landing during the day with dinner at The Lake Side Grill Saturday night. Good times were had last weekend and we miss them already....We also visited Tenee' and Jim at their new house on the lake..We are so happy for them and a little jealous, too. We do get to enjoy it without the tax burden though....it's awesome.
